ID.me has impacted my life in the most positive way. It has been a tough year for me and I have had several hardships, including losing my job due to the COVID pandemic. On top of that, my ID was stolen and as a result my state’s unemployment office could not verify my identity. To get the unemployment benefits I qualified for, they directed me to ID.me. ID.me treated my situation with kindness and sensitivity and they were able to verify me through alternate forms of identification — digitally!
